| GOLF: |
For a fee of $95, you will receive 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, buffet style dinner and an open bar starting at 3:00 PM.
All golf rounds will be based on a “Best Ball” format, for the foursome. Individual Events: Prizes will be awarded for “Longest Drive”, “Closest to the Pin” & “Longest Putt”. Remember to bring your scorecards to the Carriage Greens Pro Shop to be eligible for prizes. The IAC will be serving complimentary coffee and rolls. |
| TEE TIMES: |
SHOTGUN START. All golfers will tee off at 10:30 AM. The IAC will be serving complimentary coffee and rolls during registration, prior to tee time. |

| DINNER: |
Dinner (included with golf) will be served buffet style. Tables will be set for 8 people (we can accommodate a few 9’s or 10’s if needed). Call Dennis Nelson at 708-251-2387 if you have special dietary or other needs. Unless a full table is purchased, dinner will be open seating. Additional “Dinner Only” tickets are available for $40 each. ($45 after July 31st – if offered, due to seating availability). |
| EVENING SCHEDULE: |
Open Bar begins at 3:00 PM. Dinner follows at 5:30 PM We will have some great door prizes and only 2009 members will be eligible. If you have not renewed your membership – now is the time.
