| GOLF: |
For a fee of $115, you will receive 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, a 2 hour Open Bar with top shelf premium liquor, and a great dinner. Silver Lake has lockers and towels available. All golf rounds will be based on a “Best Ball” format, for the foursome. Individual Events: Prizes will be awarded for “Longest Drive”, “Closest to the Pin” & “Longest Putt”. Remember to bring your scorecards into the Silver Lake pro shop to be eligible for prizes. |
| DINNER: |
Dinner (included with golf) will be a Grill Buffet: Sirloin Strip Steaks grilled outside, to your order, with the rest of the meal, including baked chicken, served Buffet Style in the room. Tables will be set for 8 individuals (we can accommodate a few 9’s or 10’s). Call Dennis Nelson at 708-251-2387 if you have special needs. Unless a full table is purchased, dinner will be open seating. Additional dinner only tickets are available for $45 (Will be $50 at the door). |

This year, our Golf Outing at Silver Lakes will be a shotgun start.
All golfers will tee off at 9:30 AM |
| EVENING SCHEDULE: |
Cocktails will be served from 3:30 to 5:30 PM with dinner to follow at 5:30 PM in the Garden Room. (Cash Bar will be available after 5:30 PM.) We will have some great door prizes and only 2008 members will be eligible. If you have not renewed your membership – now is the time. Any contributions for door prizes would be greatly appreciated. To make door prize contributions, contact our 2008 Golf Chairman, Mike Mays, at 630-836-2630 or Amy Buteau at 630-243-0200. |

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SPONSORS: We need Hole Sponsors, Lunch Sponsors and Cocktail Sponsors. Signs will be prepared and displayed at the outing. You will receive recognition on the day of the Outing and will also be recognized on our web page and in our annual membership roster. Sponsorships are $300 each.
